Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VeelIQ website or platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Description of Service

VeelIQ is a Skills-as-a-Service platform that provides plug-and-play AI skills and agents delivered via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Subscribers receive a personal MCP server URL that, when connected to a compatible AI client (such as Claude.ai or Cursor), exposes their subscribed skills as native tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts & Registration

To access the Service you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@veeliq.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your MCP server URL or account credentials with third parties. Each subscription is for a single user only.

Subscriptions & Billing

VeelIQ offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

• Billing cycle — subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued.
• Price changes — we will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Failed payments — if a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry. Access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any VeelIQ skill or component.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to VeelIQ skills without our written consent.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
• Circumvent any rate limits, usage caps, or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these provisions without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, skills, and materials made available through the Service — including skill logic, prompts, system instructions, and branding — are the exclusive property of VeelIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes during the term of your active subscription.

You retain ownership of any data or content you provide as input to the skills. You grant VeelIQ a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service to you.

Third-Party Services & MCP Clients

VeelIQ integrates with third-party AI clients via the Model Context Protocol. Your use of those clients (such as Claude.ai or Cursor) is governed by their respective terms of service, which are independent of these Terms.

VeelIQ is not responsible for the behaviour, availability, or accuracy of any third-party AI model or client. Results generated by AI models using VeelIQ skills are produced by those models and do not represent VeelIQ's views or guarantees.

Some skills may interact with external APIs or data sources on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to use those integrations.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

VeelIQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — always review outputs before acting on them.

VeelIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeelIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Any content or data you provide through the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued access poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VeelIQ is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
