Who We Are

VeelIQ ("VeelIQ", "we", "our", or "us") is the company operating this website and the VeelIQ platform — an AI solutions provider that delivers tools for individuals and businesses via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Our solutions currently include Context, a private knowledge and memory layer for your AI (in Beta), and the Skills Marketplace, a subscription catalog of expert AI skills (coming soon).

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data we collect through this website and our platform.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service. This includes:

• Email address — provided voluntarily when you sign up or create an account.
• Referrer URL — the page you visited before arriving on our site, captured automatically by your browser.
• User agent string — your browser and operating system, collected to understand our audience.
• Sign-up timestamp — the date and time your submission was recorded.
• Subscription and billing data — managed by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
• Content you provide (Context) — documents you upload to your Context knowledge base and memories your AI agent saves on your behalf. This content is stored solely to deliver the service back to you and is never used for any other purpose.
• Tool call metadata — when your AI client calls a VeelIQ tool, we log the tool name, timestamp, and latency for reliability and billing. We do not retain the content of your AI conversations.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your VeelIQ account and subscription.
• To deliver the solutions and tools you have subscribed to via your personal MCP server URL.
• To store and retrieve your Context content — the documents you upload and the memories your agent saves — so your AI can search and recall them when you ask.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, subscription changes).
• To understand where our audience is coming from and improve the product experience.
• To prevent fraud and maintain the integrity of the service.

We will never sell your data or use it for purposes incompatible with those listed above. We never train AI models on your content — your documents and memories exist only to serve your own AI.

Data Storage & Security

Account data and Context content are stored in Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL platform with industry-standard security practices, including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

Your Context data lives in your own isolated space: row level security (RLS) is enforced on every table, so your documents and memories are only ever accessible through your own authenticated endpoint.

Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS and is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) region.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database provider (see Section 4).
• Payment processor — billing data is handled by our third-party payment provider; we never store card numbers.
• Google Fonts — font assets loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log the request; see Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal authorities — if required by applicable law or a valid legal process.

All third-party providers are bound to process your data only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

Cookies & Tracking

This website currently does not use cookies, local storage, analytics scripts, or any persistent client-side tracking technologies beyond what is necessary for authentication.

Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, this policy will be updated and appropriate consent mechanisms will be implemented before any tracking begins.

Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain minimal data for billing and legal compliance purposes for up to 3 years as required by applicable law.

You control your Context content directly: deleting a document source or a memory from your dashboard removes it from retrieval immediately.

Upon your request for deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR, the UK under UK GDPR, and California under CCPA), you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — opt out of communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@veeliq.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children's Privacy

VeelIQ is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email.

Continued use of VeelIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
